Wythenshawe Park is set in 109 hectares of open parkland in South Manchester, with historic woodlands, open grassland and meadows. The park is steeped in history including North Lodge, the Statue of Oliver Cromwell and Wythenshawe Hall.
There are year-round leisure and educational opportunities for all ages includes a varied activities and events programme, with highlights such as the annual Wythenshawe Games, fireworks and bonfire extravaganza, and other seasonal celebrations.
When visiting Wythenshawe Park, you can catch the 11A from Stockport or Altrincham.
Etherow Country Park is open 7 days a week excluding Christmas Day. Open 24 hours.
